Carol Hansen works out of her studio above the Captains House Gallery. She welcomes eighteen artists to join her at the gallery, this 2024 season. Many have made the South Shore their creative home. The Captains House Gallery aims to bring creative energy to yours.

Located on Chester’s picturesque Back Harbour, the gallery links the past to the present. Walk through the 200 year old entrance to experience four rooms hung with art from abstract to realism. Art transforms a house into a home, and boosts the mood of those who live there.
